Refund & Delivery Policy
Payment is due in full upon order completion unless previously arranged with the management. Payments are accepted through our website via payment gate way (ipay88). We also accept Cash, Direct Deposit and online banking by prior arrangement. No other forms of payment are currently accepted.
All prices quoted on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
Delivery Time frame
We will deliver to pack and ship your item(s) within 4-5 working days from the date of purchase. We use POSLAJU for all deliveries and the shipping charge for each order is calculated based on your shipping address and the quantity of all items. The total amount will be made visible on the final checkout page before payment is required. You will have the option to cancel the order if you decide not to place it.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for item not delivered between estimated time or item received in bad condition. In the event an order is cancelled, customers will be notified and full refunds will be provided.
You can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. No refund can be given after that period. Refunds are made through Direct Deposit only. No cash will be refunded directly to customers. Refunds only can be made for reason item received in bad condition.
